Classic Gum Syrup:
  • Gum Syrup has long been a staple ingredient in the world’s best cocktail bars. The addition of gum Arabic to a 2:1 cane syrup imparts a unique richness and viscosity to beverages of all sorts. Any drink that calls for sugar can be improved with the addition of gum syrup.

Passion Fruit Syrup:
  • Bursting with brilliantly lush and tangy flavors – this syrup shines in all things tiki. Though exotic and rum-ready, our Tropical Passionfruit Syrup pairs beautifully with a variety of spirits – two favorites being dry gin and aromatic agave spirits. Expect its intense yellow-orange color to help you create naturally gorgeous cocktails.

  • Ingredients: Passion Fruit Juice, Cane Sugar, Gum Arabic, Turmeric, Benzoic Acid
Raspberry Gum Syrup:
  • Its impeccable flavor results from the fruit being harvested only once fully ripened on the vine. Within hours these Washington state berries are cleaned, cooled and crushed to retain their concentrated sweet-tart flavor.

  • Ingredients: Red Raspberry Juice, Cane Sugar, Gum Arabic, Benzoic Acid

Toasted Coconut Syrup:
  • The medium toast level lends a light nuttiness and a deeper flavor not found in plain coconut - which helps it pair spectacularly with barrel-aged spirits. The combination of toasted coconut, cane sugar, cold-pressed lemon oil and a pinch of salt makes this syrup's luscious flavor distinctly delicious.
